Pricing:
- Flat fee: $2,500–$4,500 per role
- Hourly option: $60–$85/hr (cap at 40–60 hours)

- First-round screening interviews
- Candidate summaries & recommendations
- Weekly talent pipeline check-ins
Tier 2: Full-Service Recruitment Support
Ideal for: Schools, districts, CMOs, nonprofits, and organizations needing high-touch support in hiring mid-level or top-level leaders.
Pricing:
- Flat fee: $5,500–$7,500 per role (Mid-level roles)
- Flat fee: $10,000-$15,000 per role (Executive Director, CEO, CAO, Principal)
